Dental Health
Discovery Preschool offers tooth brushing after lunch. You will need to provide a toothbrush and tooth paste. Discovery School will house the toothbrushes in an open holder that has a mesh covering. If you chose not to have your child brush their teeth sat Discovery, you must write a note stating this. 
Clothing
Season appropriate clothing provides your child with the most comfort and freedom to explore and play at Discovery Preschool. We do go outside daily, weather permitting. It can get windy on our playground, so please dress your child and pants are required for all small children – better safe than sorry! Please remember jacket or sweatshirt every day. We can always take off. 
Clothing Nap/Rest Period
Daycare children rest between 2:30 -3:30 every day. A cot is supplied for each child. We ask that you supply a small pillow, small blanket and anything your child likes to sleep with ( stuff animal) Child who do not sleep may chose form a variety of quiet, table top activities at the designated quiet table.
Lunch
Discovery Preschool suggests a box/bag containing an entrée', drink and dessert (sandwich, milk & fruit, soup, fruit juice and carrot sticks - yogurt, water and granola bar) Discovery will do heat-ups. Candy, Gum and Soda ARE NOT permitted.
